Tails + Paws | Kylo Turns 3
Our little crazy man is now 3 years old. He’s come a long long way since when we first picked him up at 9 weeks old. He’s learned a lot over the years and is definitely the type of dog that needs lots of boundaries, rules & timeouts to keep him in check. I can’t imagine what our lives would be like on the daily if I had never bothered training him. He’s high energy for sure. He finally is no longer crated and that in itself is a huge accomplishment. He no longer eats all of the random tiny kids toys laying around throughout the house and is learning to leave things that fall onto the floor alone when we yell “leave it.” He’s a real sweetheart inside of the house, but can easily become a real jerk when outside the house. Certain days he seems to get bored and just randomly start digging holes in the yard or start ripping out grass clumps that we’ve been paying to get to grow. He’s sure lucky I love him, and that Rob loves me. 🙂 He’s my buddy when Rob is at work and someday when the girls grow up and start leaving the house more, it will be so nice to have him at home with me. I can’t imagine living without a dog in my home. It’s such a comfort to know he’s there. <3 Happy birthday sweet boy! xoxo
